Mid-Autumn Festival Cocktail

We specially design this cocktail with mooncake's ingredients. Mixing lotus seed paste (蓮蓉), advocaat (蛋酒) and rum (冧酒) followed by topping it with milk foam, two layers of different texture are created. Finishing the drink by burning on the milk foam can further enrich the taste. Finally, carambola (楊桃) is chosen as the garnish for our lovely customers to refresh their mouth.
